I did the Activation method (self) with the Alpha reset towards the end of it. It changed my life. Truly a transformative experience. I went in to figure more about myself after a relationship ended badly, but got a lot more out of the coaching and the support of other men than I thought. I went in to “fix” relationships but ended up fixing my life and putting it in a new upward trajectory. It changed my outlook on my life in a very positive way, particularly the emotional and spiritual parts for me.I will say that you do have to put in the work for it to be really effective. Attending the weekly coaching calls alone is not enough. But they will teach you the tools to make living intentionally better a daily practice, because it is practice. Every day you have to mindful and work on it, it’s not always easy but very worth it. Highly recommend going through this program. I wish I had done it a decade ago.
