The Power Digital MarketingI started my PowerMBA journey almost two years ago and the main MBA program was outstanding value for money and highly recommended as I have previously reviewed and testified and is an opinion that I standby. A few months into the main MBA program I simultaneously engaged with the Power Digital Marketing Program as a member of the first cohort of this program. The quality of this course in comparison to the main MBA program is in my opinion very very poor. During my time following this program I have provided vast amounts of feedback that has simply been ignored so as I struggled with my journey I stopped providing further as I simply was not being listened to. Despite thepowermba professing to want honest feedback, my experience has been that they only want feedback when it is of a positive nature so true feedback appears to not really be their desire.With the main MBA program my daily ritual and discipline was to do my class (one per day) and keep as close to being fully up to date with my classes as I could. Apart from the odd vacation day, I was able to do this to its completion around 18 months later, as the program was engaging and I simply wanted to and looked forward to coming back for more. On starting the Digital Marketing Program I simply tagged this same ritual onto the end of my main program routine although from quite early on I found that I wasn't able to maintain this discipline as the content and presenter were just not engaging.I went through a personal battle with this and tried very hard to stick with it but on completion of my main MBA program I soon found that this was almost impossible for me as the classes were poorly put together, uninteresting and not engaging at all.On several occasions after taking a variety of different length breaks and then returning to the program in order to try and complete all of the modules (something that I was committed to doing) and then make a fully balanced review of the program I would return to find that things were still the same and that the content hadn't improved at all.Finally, today after completing 6 (almost 7, just 2-3 classes short) of the 9 modules of the program, my subscription has timed out so I failed.It is my opinion that thepowermba should want to hear this feedback to understand why I failed as surely this could be the same experience others are having. However, they have been uninterested.Customer service and understanding your customers is something that is very important to me and despite me reaching out to their team, they have failed at every turn to grasp this, ask the right questions or listen whatsoever.Overall, from someone who was a big fan of their product and who would have liked to have joined a value for money subscription program with The PowerMBA, they have turned me into a person that will not consider them as a training provider going forward due to their poor quality customer service.In finalising, my advice to anyone considering joining The Power Digital Marketing program would be to steer clear of it and look elsewhere as it is not in my opinion anything like advertised.As I am unable to reply to thepowermba's comments, I have added further detail below.Whilst I appreciate thepowermba taking the time to reply to my review, I standby my original comments regarding the digital marketing program and despite them stating that my comments had been listened to I strongly disagree with this as that is not my experience. Furthermore, why would I have any interest in reaching out to them further or spending extra money when the program was poor and so far they haven't listened or acted with integrity.
