Bought a water tank for my valeting business, opened box and the is no cap to keep the 68 litres of water coming out into my van.Was told a replacement will be despatched straight away. Now told they have to get one from elsewhere....each day it's delayed is costing my family lost money. I can't recommend this company after my first time buying from them, will probably be the last time I buy form them.Update Jade contacted me and arranged for the cap to be delivered within two days but this still left me over £200 out of pocket.
