I have only started working with Rohail for 1 month and after much thought and talking with other Amazon sellers I came to a conclusion that sales are down for many sellers not just me. But despite the fact that search volume has lowered also he was able to maintain my sales and he also has improved some keyword rankings. I am on PPC daily making sure they are doing their work and I have been happy with their results so far. I have yet to see what a longer partnership will entail with new product launches of my brands. I hope his work makes my sales grow exponentially!
