I was excited to select The Pros because the price was so reasonable. I guess you get what you pay for. The photographer we selected said he would do some posed pictures as well as candid shots. I had barely any candid or artistic shots. As a matter of fact, there were very few pictures of my husband and me together. Most of the shots were posed family portraits. I asked the videographer to be sure that he taped by 98 year old grandmother. I wanted to have her voice on film for years to come. As I watched the video, he did not have one shot of my grandmother. Instead, he filmed random people. He knew where my family was seated and I do not know why there was not more footage of my immediate family on the video. Once the pictures were posted on line, the link would not work. For several months, I could not share the online album with friends or family. Also, I received the final video that was not edited as I requested. I had to contact customer service to have it resolved. Overall, the service was mediocre and I wish I had spent more money on my photography and videography.
