The products are amazing!! However the customer service was awful :( spent a bit of money to get a free beautiful crafted bookmark that they were advertising for spending $150. I emailed them with my order number saying it wasn’t in my cart after I paid, i was told I hadn’t spent enough because it was 150 minus shipping, replied to them telling them I actually spent 162 (they didn’t even bother to look at the order) then they replied with maybe you deleted it from your cart, and I was like nah it was in there but when I swapped things around and paid it was no longer in my cart. After going back and forth over an almost 2 week period they finally shipped my order and told me next time I order something they’ll put it in? I was like girl I’ve ordered everything I need from here, I was still polite and said hey I’m just a lil disappointed I love this business but it wasn’t my error and I spent that much to get that beautiful book mark, this time of year is expensive and I just wanted something nice for myself along with the other gifts I had brought from here for my family. they replied and said well the offer still stands let us know and we can pack it in your next one. Like girl I know your cheap ass could have send one small bookmark to me, mind you their buisness is actually booming I’ve found out which makes it worse so Thankyou for nothing quirky cup collective!! Imagine going back and forth for weeks with me instead of just putting it in the order Jesus Christ it’s giving stingy and I was so polite for what
