I made a purchase in the beginning of February as a Valentines gift for my partner. I used express delivery in the hope that it would arrive before Valentines day. Unfortunately due to the company being very busy and not treating my order as an express order which means I have to pay extra for fast shipping It was send out too late. As a result I have yet to receive my order even though the express delivery says within 15 days (it has now been 20 days). I kindly wrote them asking them if a reimbursement of the extra costs for express delivery was possible and they blocked my email and treated it as a spam mail. A simple no would've sufficed but being blocked for a simple question is just not done when I've done nothing wrong but asked them something in a polite and kind manner
