Despite careful usage and proper storage, the battery failed just after the warranty expired, and the device stopped charging completely. This seems to be a recognized and unavoidable problem, yet there's no option for battery replacement, no repair services, and no way to fix what should be a minor issue. For a product at this premium price, this is unacceptable. Once the battery fails, the entire device is rendered useless. There’s no consideration for sustainability in the product design or the company's support model. Customer service was prompt and polite, but that was the extent of their help. After escalating my concerns, the outcome was simply that nothing could be done. No goodwill gesture, no meaningful discount, no trade-in, and no refurbishment options. The only solution offered was to buy a brand new device at full price. I wasn’t asking for a free replacement; I just wanted some incentive to remain a customer. There was none. At this price point, one expects durability, repairability, or at least reasonable post-warranty support. The company provides none of these. The product will degrade and fail over time, and when it does, you're completely on your own. My advice: steer clear. Look for a much cheaper alternative. Paying more for this brand isn't worth it in the long run, as the product is effectively disposable once the battery fails.
