I ordered an item a month ago and received a tracking number. Apparently, delivery failed twice. The address is correct, and since it's my workplace, there's always someone available to sign for it. I tried contacting customer service. They initially responded but failed to provide any answers to my questions. Subsequent emails have gone unanswered. In today's world, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I need the item as a gift, and since it hasn’t arrived, I requested a refund. Two days have passed with no reply to my refund request. Terrible service. UPDATE: Still no product and no refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM, AND THE PEOPLE YOU COMMUNICATE WITH THERE ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY.
