Birthday gift ordered for the husband 3/20/24 for a birthday in April. Tracking with fedex showed label was created and sitting in Louisville KY. It showed this for the next 2 weeks. Contacted Therabody via email as there is no customer service number to call, and they did respond. They advised that the product was returned from my address. Funny, because fedex showed it never shipped??? I verified my address indeed was correct for what they have on file. Here we sit, a mth later, without a product and without a resolution. $300 I am out, no offer of a discount, only a we will re-ship the product. Now I'm seeing reviews of terrible customer service along with a terrible product. I really wish I had seen this before purchase.
