This review is specific to their customer service. It's simply awful. Placed an order to be picked up at a local Best Buy because it said it was available for same day pickup and I'm treating an injury. Three days later and Best Buy had no record of the purchase, and Therabody said they would need another 48-72 hours to investigate. They offered me NO solutions other than "Sorry, you're just going to have to wait." I cancelled the order and placed another one online to be shipped. The website states product will be shipped in 2-3 days, and here I am 5 days later and having to reach out to see what's going on. It's shocking that a company that sells a good product at a premium price should have such horrible service!
