Despite providing all the necessary information, including pictures of the prescription for the conductive gel that triggered my allergic reaction, the customer service I received was nothing short of absurd.Not only did I fail to receive a refund promptly, a process that should have been straightforward, but my issue was "escalated" through three different agents without any resolution in sight. This prolonged lack of resolution leaves me with serious doubts about the company's reputation and reliability.I strongly advise against purchasing from this company based on my frustrating experience.
