Do not buy. £375 out the window. Our Theragun Elite stopped charging after 2.5 years, hence no warranty. A search on the internet revealed that this is a very common problem with the Theragun Elite! The seller, John Lewis, could offer no assistance, and contacting Theragun UK / Therabody, we were told they have no repair facilities in the UK. We tried to open the Theragun Elite up to do repairs ourselves, but it turned out to be impossible without damaging the Theragun. This was confirmed by numerous tips on the Web, and YouTube videos. We then left it with our very handy electrician, but after two weeks of research and trying, he gave up.The Theragun is as close to a scam as we've ever seen.
