Agents disconnects and doesn't help at all.Purchased the TheraFace, and one of the setting is not working. Tried connecting with agents to see if there's a way to troubleshoot it, instead they keep closing the chats. Emailed them to find support, haven't received any response. Just submitted a refund request now, not optimistic about it. Will update this post if I get my refund.
