Customer support is practically non-existent, and the representative I communicated with blocked my email after claiming they would address unauthorized charges. After five business days, I still have not received any response from support. I plan to file a formal complaint with the FTC, the state of California, and other authorities. As someone with over 30 years of business experience, this is one of the least professional companies I have encountered.
