Once we launched, we faced various issues. Customer service was virtually non-existent. They delete any negative posts in their online community and will ban you. I primarily sought the promised personal guidance but ended up paying SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS only to be misled and banned from their group. They refused to refund any money or even apologize. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They present themselves as a caring community, but they only care until they receive your payment.
