Customer service is virtually non-existent, and the representative I communicated with blocked my email after promising to resolve the unauthorized charges. It's been 5 business days, and I still haven't heard back from support. I plan to file a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities. As someone with over 30 years of business experience, I find this to be one of the worst companies I have encountered.
