Awful experience - avoid buying. It ended up hurting my husband's neck, and we tried to return it. There's no phone support, and multiple emails went unanswered. The only way to return is to email support for confirmation. I found a site with many similar complaints. Their website claimed a Trustpilot rating of 4 stars, which is misleading.
