Same story as everyone else. I wish I would have read the reviews before we ordered it. We ordered the neck massager January 11, 2026, have received 2 emails with shipping excuses and it’s February 2, and now we hear nothing. We will have to cancel our debit card and dispute this. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your money or time! Do not order!!
