We are immensely grateful to the clinic for making our dream a reality. They treated us like family during every visit. The pricing was transparent from the start, and we were informed about the necessary treatments during our initial consultation, with no hidden costs. They even suggested hotels for our stay, which was incredibly helpful, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Whenever we needed letters for work or other requests, they were sent to us within an hour, and we were never left waiting. We have just completed our journey with the clinic and had an outstanding experience. We were fortunate to have a positive outcome with our first transfer. The staff were attentive and friendly, and communication through the portal was seamless. We visited the satellite clinic for some scans and found the staff there to be fantastic!
The care from the doctor and team was very careless. We had only two eggs retrieved and requested a specific fertilization method, but they did not heed our request. Unfortunately, none of the eggs were fertilized. We are very disappointed with the service and feel that the focus was more on profit than on patient care.
