I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who was misled into enrolling in the Therapy Practice Accelerator (TPA) program, which was financed through Covered Care. I was promised that the program would significantly increase my caseload within a month and “double my clients” within two months. None of these promises were fulfilled.After a sales call, I was immediately enrolled in a payment plan to “help cover the costs initially.” Without any clear results or follow-through, I have already paid over $4,000, and I am still being charged on a $10,014.61 loan with an interest rate of 24%.When I asked to cancel after realizing the program did not deliver what was promised, I was met with resistance and no meaningful resolution. As a licensed professional who values ethics and transparency, I am appalled at how this company markets to therapists who are simply trying to grow their practices.Please be cautious before signing any agreement or financing through this company. Their tactics feel predatory and deceptive, preying on mental health professionals who are just trying to serve their clients and make an honest living.
