The gel I received is not the same as what I ordered. I used it before realizing that the original purchase was not the correct item, as it wasn't blue/purple and didn't mention it was for firming. Unfortunately, when I applied it, my face felt like it was burning badly (even before I started using the device), and after washing it off, my skin stung and turned bright red, resembling a sunburn. The heat from my face was very uncomfortable! I just want to caution others to test products before applying them, but this should not have happened if the right product had been sent. I didn't get what I paid for. I'm hesitant to try the device now, as it feels cheap and poorly made.
