Sent a email 21/11/2025 about my delivery missing two pies and still not had any email back or an apology and still no offer of the £9.30 for the two pies to be refunded first time this has happened always been very good before and great pies but Appalling customer service.I have had many orders from them and this has not happened before so u thought I would give them a chance put another order in on the 21/11/2025 for £52.75 still three weeks later 06/12/2025 no pies not happy.I think they really need to look at there emails and reply to keep there customers.I am now £62.05 out of pocket surely they are not allowed to take peoples money and not send the goods.
