We visited Paul just before Christmas and, despite setting a very challenging deadline of needing the chair by 14th January due to our son returning home from major surgery, Paul went above and beyond to make it happen.He worked with the UK supplier and personally ensured the chair was delivered on time today. The chair itself is beautifully made and exceptionally comfortable.We are absolutely delighted with both the product and the outstanding service we received from start to finish.
