They do not respond to emails. I have asked them to close my account several times and I have heard nothing from them and my account has not been closed. Another annoying thing is that you cannot limit your deposits or take a break without going through the support centre and the chances of getting a response is nil. I have uploaded my documents so that I can withdraw, but nothing happens. 😡😡😡 bad site, and although it tempting to deposit sometimes, I avoid this casino like the plague.
