I came across RehabFix looking for help with what was diagnosed as acute spinal stenosis by doctors in my VA hospital ER. I had gone there in the early morning when my wife called 911 because I was screaming in excruciating pain unlike anything I had ever felt. I could tell right away that this was different from other sciatica exercises I had tried. Having followed RehabFix exercises I am now 90+% free of pain! I no longer have pain everyday. And I know it’s only a matter of time before it’ll be healed for good! 🙏🏼
