I started the program a bit skeptical. Di not know what to expect but I was certainly running out of options. I start watching these guys on Instagram and doing some of the exercises. I realized that in doing them that they were having an effect but did not understand the progressions. I actually hurt myself worse doing a new one that I saw and that's when I decided to try the program. Could barely even sleep when I started the program and 3 months in I'm dead lifting and back running 4 miles a day. My coach has been awesome. Both supportive and very knowledgeable on how to get me out of pain and active again. The simple things that MATTER like picking up my kids I can now do again. If you do this program and PUT IN the effort it 100% = results. Incredible stuff.
