Embarked on this programme at least 1 year after following RehabFix on Instagram. Had difficulty turning myself around during bedtime, as I experienced huge discomfort on my lower back. The programme provides progression throughout the 12 weeks and you will be armed with exercises that you will be able to take home at the end. The intensity of discomfort definitely reduced and it was evident by doing the exercises. Range of motion increased and pain reduced. Each exercise was accompanied by a video tutorial and it doesn’t require you to spend long hours each day. The key is to be committed and disciplined to complete the exercises every day. Most days you’ll feel better, but there are days when the intensity kicks in a little more and you will need to go back to exercises that worked for you before. Definitely would recommend you to try this out!
