I started this program late October with real bad sciatica pain down my left leg for two years tried chiropractor and it helped slightly but provided no long term relif. Searching online for streches and exercises led me in circles a lot of times.So I started this program in November with the 3 month rehab with coach alec and was good, I didn't have any instant relif but each week I was able to do more, have more range of motion before feeling pain. They work with you well any exercise they have regressions and progessions for them, and in my case I had one that seemed to irritate my symptoms a message to him and he had a different exercise for the next day for me to do that accolimished the same goal. At the beginning of the program my symptoms were a 6-9 depending on the day to after the 3 month rehab was at a 1-3 for pain levels.The last 3 months of the program which I'm still doing currently for the strength training back bulletproof portion with coach Johnathan, it has been good he really works with you especially if you record your form for say squats and rdls, he points out areas to improve. I have had the pain shift some to my right glute during transition from the rehab to the strength train, but with what I learned in the first 3 months and with Johnathans help with changing up my warmup exercises it has started getting better.I am not done with the whole program, but as of now it has been worth it and I don't see that changing, the coaches really take interest and care with how your doing and have felt very encouraged through the process.
