I started the program in March after doing my consultation. At first I was skeptical of the exercises because they seemed so benign, especially if you are a weight lifter. However as time went on I would wake up and feel my back was not as tight as it used to be. I was also able to sit my office chair or just at home and not constantly have to shift anymore from back pain. I had a trip to Alaska in June and at first I was nervous because I wasn’t sure my back could handle a 6 hour flight but I made it through without issue. I’m now going a trip to Tokyo, 9+ hour flight, and I have no fear whatsoever. If you are struggling with back pain/issues I’d recommend you give this program a try.
