I have been in the program for two months and am so happy with my results. After just a couple weeks the back pain I had been dealing with on a daily basis for years as well as the intense pain that happened from my last flair up have both settled down. I was scared because it has a price tag but I started to look at it as a cost per day and asked myself is that worth being healthy and have my active life back. The answer was yes. I am enjoying life more, I am not as moody or emotional as the pain is gone and I am setting an example for my kids to exercise daily in small bites to care for our body. The accountability and the efficiency of it as saved me time and pain. I know the exercises they give me will help me. Alex and Grant are super knowledgeable and caring. Having my coach available to chat when needed is something you don't get with surgeons, doctors, chiros or PTs.
