Truly a 5 star review. I spent 3 years working with a herniated disc with levels of pain that would keep me from sleeping or left me in tears from the intensity. I tried massage, chiropractic, and other physical therapists with minimal progress. I took a dive in trying out Rehab Fix due to the quality of the info they provided on YouTube. I thought I was crazy following a YouTube referral but I was desperate. I had gotten a point where I could walk only a half mile and I couldn’t sit or do much other than lay on my back. So I reached out and crossed my fingers. I turns out that quality PT instruction makes all the difference. The RehabFix team clearly knew what they were doing and they showed a deep understanding of herniations and sciatica. The program was methodical and structure around an effective series of progressions; starting with pain relief, the moving on to mobility enhancement, and the finishing with strength and building resilience. The program worked! I have minor occasional symptoms but I am now back to where I was before, pain free, and stronger too! Well worth the effort and commitment. It’s a 6 month commitment but it is soo worth the investment. It has changed my life.
