They also insisted that only the “original buyer” could claim warranty, which completely undermines the rights of the end user.Their customer service has been frustrating, unhelpful, and unwilling to take proper accountability. As a breastfeeding mother, the last thing I needed was the stress of fighting for basic consumer rights over a product that should have been reliable in the first place.If you are looking for a trustworthy breast pump and reliable support, I suggest choosing another brand.
