As another reviewer noted, the product seems to be a knock-off. It does not match the description or images on their website. I believe they may have changed their site, but it’s the same deceptive company. Not only did I receive a subpar brush, but they also failed to include the two shampoo bottles that were supposed to come with it. Please avoid ordering from this company, regardless of the website they use.
