We contacted The Resorts Collection for a last minute trip to Maldives. Florian was our point person. He was superb! He found an excellent option for our family despite peak season and late booking. We were impressed by how he helped us get a phenomenal rate, and some amazing extras. During the trip, our toddler unfortunately got sick and we had to hospitalize them, we communicated with Florian about the situation. Florian, was consistently in communication with the resort on our behalf. He made sure that they fully supported us during this time. He checked in on us throughout the hospitalization as well as once we returned to the resort. He was in constant communication with the resort and advocated on our behalf to ensure that we had full support and enjoyed the remainder of our stay. The staff at the resort Heritance Aarah also went above and beyond during this time. They sent someone with us to the hospital and took care of any additional expenses we had. We really appreciate all this and Florian's consistent check ins with us and them. All in all, I highly recommend booking your trip through them. They are kind, empathetic and genuinely care about making your experience exceptional! Lastly, you can rest assured that if something unpredictable happens they will step in and they have a lot of positive influence and goodwill! Despite the difficulty with our child's health they ensured that we had the best possible trip! We will certainly book with them again!
