⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing and concerning experienceI cancelled my ReverseLookup subscription because the service was completely useless for my needs. Despite cancelling, I was still charged £29.99, which is unacceptable.I contacted their support email and provided all required details, including screenshots from their own user portal clearly showing my account and the cancellation. Even after this, they replied saying they “cannot find my account.” This makes no sense given the evidence I supplied.At this point, the situation feels highly unprofessional and potentially deceptive. Charging customers after cancellation and then denying the existence of their account is a serious issue.I am now forced to contact my bank and relevant consumer protection authorities to recover my money and to ensure this does not happen to other people.I strongly advise others to be very cautious before subscribing.
