This was a 5 star, until today, not for any problems with Customer service or anything, but I have a couple of rings from here. I got a Damascus one most recently and it's disappointing me a little, it isn't actual Damascus in the slightest, feels a lot like some plating has just been scratched off to give the illusion of it, including some scuffs on it. My other concern is that I've seen ads for multiple jewelry websites and I kept noticing rings that looked exactly the same as the ones on sale here, making me think that they're actually just things you can buy in bulk being repackaged. At the end of the day, they are well put together and service is great. But I can't ignore that last point
