Five star rating, I would give 6 stars if possible. A truly professional company with a Wonderful website and exceptional customer service. Clementine was amazing. The quality of the rings are second to none, they are truly amazing and look even better in real life. I so far have bought the Pharaoh Ring and Siren ring both exquisite, so unique. The Pharaoh Ring is my wedding ring which is a week and a half away and can't wait to have it officially put on my finger. Customer Service exceptional, please when someone buys a ring, get your finger sized by a shop or professional body as some of the ring sizes you can buy on line are not accurate as I found out and were too tight. i informed the Ring shop are asked if they could do anything as I was getting married in 3 weeks. They provide a resize service 32 pounds for both rings. Yesterday I received both of my rings in size 11. Just a week and a half to get them. I am so, so happy and can't thank Clementine enough for his help. I asked how to send the original rings back and I have been told to keep them as a back up ! Unbelievable, what a truly wonderful company especially as it was my fault basically for ordering the wrong size. I will be buying more rings and have recommended The Ring Shop to my friends. Go treat yourself to a remarkable, unique ring, you won't be disappointed.
