So I purchased a WireView Pro that did not match my case/gpu. I failed to do sufficient research and thought that the WireView Pro had the features of the upcoming WireView Pro II. Thermal Grizzly, rather than letting me pay for my mistake, ate the cost of the sale and gave me a full refund and specified I could keep the unit. Honestly I feel guilty about how great their customer service has been but it also shows that they genuinely care about their customers.
