I want to share my personal experience with Thermal Grizzly - I ordered PTM and Duronaut from them and I had some issues with my cooler mount, so the whole PTM got messed up and became an uneven layer. I emailed their support team and they answered me really, really quickly, I told them the situation and they kindly agreed to send me a new replacement.
