Early this year i had a very good experience with the support of this company. Iam using many products from them, like Kryonaut paste or a Delide-Die-Mate.The reason for my experience and this review was an critical failure that happend. Some parts of my PC lost there function, involved an WireView. At first it seemed to be the reason for the failure, so i contacted the support an got a fast response in a few hours. No sign of rejection or disbelief, a personal response with empaphy and great assistence in this situation. A couple of very helpfull mails and pictures later i had to send in not only the WireView but the other pc-part involved. A good desicion for analysing a problem, in this case there was a unexpected detail that made the WireView incompatible to my parts. This detail could be realised by me, any other company or there support would take advantage of this fact and send back my stuff.At this point we wrote maybe 10 mails with pictures and an adventurous delivery of my parts (not part of Thermal Grizzly) over two weeks.The best part is, with my consense they found the incompatibilty of both parts, repaired my stuff, changed it in a way it will work with the WireView.All this were comunicated per mail, with pictures and explainations.To be clear, that was not an easy task, they invested quite some time, parts (they had to order) and therefore money. They altered per cnc a part of my stuff and it came out great.At this point we are beyond support. In my own experiences of the years not only in my own buisness but the pc-industry i never had anything like this.They send me an new Wireview, my complete tested repaired stuff and some goodies back to me and charged me nothing. Nothing i had ever expected, period.To be totally clear, in the end it was my fault and Thermal Grizzly didnt care less. Other companies would have taken the first sign of user error and you would be out of the window.My best part of 2024, period. Thank you Thermal Grizzly. My best regards to the support. I regained some faith here in the industry.
