I liked their coffee but they made a mess of things when I tried to cancel my subscription with them. I emailed them to cancel an order which I did not want (and had just been charged for on that same day), and they wrote back confirming that it would be cancelled and refunded (from "Charlotte"). I also tried cancelling on their website but it's not very well made as my subscription has a mix of statuses: Cancelled, Refunded and Processing. A month later, and not only was there no refund, I was charged for yet ANOTHER month's subcription!!! So I emailed again. No reply. Finally today (3 weeks after my second email to cancel), I do actually get a refund, but only for 1 of the 2 orders that were cancelled (I never got any coffee but they still took my money).So if you want to use them, avoid their subscription.
