I received my parcel which had a sticker from Royal Mail informing me it had arrived the them damaged and that they had secured it. Two items were missing: the shampoo and oil. I only received the conditioner , massager and roller disinfectant. The last two items were free. At first I thought I had made an error ordering then I looked at my order and discovered I had indeed ordered a bundle and items were missing. I have sent numerous emails to this company with photographs but have not received a reply yet. Update: I have now received a reply and the company are sending me replacements. I appreciate their response and cannot wait to try the products which have extremely good reviews. After having used the product for a few months, I three months, I have noticed less hair shedding and a lot of new hairs. Hair feels thicker and fills a hairband much more.
