They say that they offer free shipping on orders over $2,500. Our order was well over $9,000 and we are not getting free shipping we find out after our order has made it part way to our city. They claim that they can only get it to us via 18 wheeler. Well, they had asked and we were very clear during the time of purchase that an 18 wheeler will not be able to get into our neighborhood. There is a place in the "notes" at the bottom of the purchase process that specifically asks you to warn them if there are any significant differences in your delivery location that the driver should know. THEY FAIL TO MENTION THAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF EXTRA MONEY TO DELIVER PRODUCT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID THE AGREED UPON PRICE. then they claim they asked you if you still need special arrangements. AS IF MY STREETS HAVE SUDDENLY BEEN WIDENED? of course the situation is the same. No new addresses in the middle of construction!! they shoot you a email long after your order that says you have to go get the order yourself! Me? A housewife with a toddler rent a box truck with a lift gate and load three palates? RIGHT. the order is already several weeks late with no explanation.A PHONE CALL IS WARRENTED IF YOU PLAN TO ASK SOMEONE FOR MORE MONEY but the don't have the guts to say sorry, there is no such thing as free shipping with our company because we refuse to do the right thing and ship freight in a truck that can actually make it to your address. Hey folks, we do not live on a dirt road or in a swamp. Even a box truck could get to those. The shipping people have access to google maps same as me. They can see the place from aerial photos like everyone else in the world and THEY HAVE THE ABILITY TO ARRANGE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING VEHICLE BUT THEY DO NOT BOTHER.
