⭐ 1 star — Would give zero if possible. This service has been a complete disaster. If you're thinking about ordering cabinets from this seller, don't do it. I truly pity anyone who purchases a full kitchen from them. My laundry room remains incomplete due to a mix of damaged deliveries, factory painting issues, and incorrect hardware and pre-drilled holes. One problem after another, order after order. Nothing arrives correctly on the first attempt. The customer support team is courteous but entirely ineffective. They take ages to reply and then provide the same generic excuse each time: delays in overseas shipping, supply chain problems, and so on. Returns and refunds? Not possible. Once they have your payment, you're stuck. I didn't expect high-end cabinets, but this level of ineptitude is unacceptable. Even my low expectations were far from being met. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from them—or any online cabinet provider. Other retailers offer similar or better quality at various price points, and at least you can speak to an actual person instead of sending emails into the void. Also, be wary of the online ratings. It's clear how many reviews are fake or from spam accounts. For every genuine positive review, multiple customers are facing significant issues that don't magically get resolved. Maybe by summer I'll finally have cabinets installed—but I'm not counting on it.
