Brandon was an excellent guide for a successful negotiation when I recently changed jobs. I had already taken his course, which I learned a lot from and which I would also recommend. Even if you don't take the course though, he explains all the steps of the negotiation process in a way that is easy to grasp and which demystifies the process of negotiation. Brandon was an absolute pro. He walked me through every step of the process, set my mind at ease, and explained the reasoning behind every bit of the correspondence, while crafting it all. The course material is also comprehensive and well organized. It is definitely worth the price, and I would recommend it for anyone who doesn't need the hands-on help.
