I am waithing for over a day and a half for the support team to provide me with an activation code by phone. This option is available on the software when your machine does not have internet access.We have decided not to allow our client's data and information access to the internet for security reasons and also to ensure no viruses attack the data.I have done this for many years now and tried to do it yesterday at 09.00 i was told they would find out how to do this !!!! despite it being done for over 10 years.I am now waiting for customer support to get a code from Debbie who for some reason they do not know her whereabouts and has no phone number.Customer service ???? I dont think so
