I have purchased several hats and scarves from them now. Unfortunately a hat I purchased for my husband was too small, but the returns process is simple. The hats do not loose their shape after being rolled up and wear very well. Highly recommend.The only issue I have had is last year, I purchased a Panama hat decorated with a belt and the belt was not glued on well and I lost the belt. However I sewed some ribbon on.
