After numerous complaints, there has been slight progress. If they manage to rectify the numerous missed opportunities, I may reconsider my rating. I appreciate the recent improvements in their team. However, if you need debt recovery, their service is lacking. We provided ample information, yet their actions were nonsensical. I can't fathom how they receive positive reviews. They arrived at the wrong location despite clear directions, and their administrative errors were extensive. Customer service was inadequate; one star feels generous. A total waste of time.
