It's not worth your time. They merely provide unhelpful updates without taking real action, allowing the debtor to outmaneuver them. The agent lacked knowledge and initiative to advance the case. After five months of communication, they made no effort to recover any of my client's debt. Completely ineffective. Don't waste your time; they won't assist you.
